Right to Heal’s mission is to provide our clients who represent multiculturally diverse backgrounds with professional and quality counseling services. We aim to assist clients who are struggling with personal or social concerns that may include trauma, anxiety, depression, social justice and race based personal issues (work or personal). We support wellness and positive mental health through workshops/trainings, assessment, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation, consulting and referrals, and outreach services that are responsive to the individual, cultural and demographic diversity of our students. We utilize a trauma-informed approach by including screenings for trauma; training staff in trauma-specific treatment approaches; and engaging both clients and appropriate partner organizations within the treatment process when applicable.
