Real Estate Receptionist Office Assistant Wanted

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Meet and greet potential renters, buyers, and sellers

- Answering multi-line phones

- Responding to incoming email queries

- Organizing files and documenting rental, management, and sales traffic

- Rent collection and processing payments

- Creating and updating social media websites and internet marketing

- Managing listings database

-Process rents and administer tenant communications, including leases, complaints, utility transfers, rules, and regulations

-Responsible for the scheduling and follow-up on tenant repairs and requests

-Assist in all day-to-day operations, daily arrears, and collection


-Bi-lingual a must (Spanish Fluent)

-Professional appearance and demeanor

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Web, Social Media & Internet Savvy

-Polite phone manners

-Knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications (Excel and Word) and Quickbooks

-Organized, detail-oriented, with some understanding of Real Estate management

Prior office experience is preferred but not a prerequisite; will train the right person.
